OFFER AGREEMENT
1. General provisions

Marketplace & D2C Conf (https://mpconf.pro/) hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, and contains all essential conditions for the provision of services.
1.2. In case of acceptance of the conditions set out below and payment for services, the legal entity or individual who accepts this offer becomes the CUSTOMER. Acceptance of the offer is equivalent to concluding a contract for the provision of services on the terms set out in the OFFER (hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACT).
1.3. In connection with the above, carefully read the text of this public offer and, if you do not agree with any clause of the offer, the CONTRACTOR offers you refuse to use the services.
2. Terms of the offer

2.1. The subject of this OFFER is to provide the CUSTOMER with services for organizing participation in the Marketplaces Conf 2023 conference (hereinafter referred to as the Event), in the manner and on the terms specified in this public OFFER.
2.2. The public OFFER, additions to the public OFFER, which are an integral part of it, are published by the CONTRACTOR on his website https://mpconf.pro/
2.3. The CONTRACTOR has the right to change the terms of this public offer unilaterally, without prior agreement with the CUSTOMER, while ensuring the publication of the amended terms on the website https://mpconf.pro / at least one day before their entry into force.
2.4. The CONTRACTOR has the right to notify the CUSTOMER by e-mail addresses provided by the CUSTOMER about changes in the volume, assortment, terms of provision, services provided, and also has the right to notify about new services provided by the CONTRACTOR.
2.5. The CONTRACTOR has the right to take photos and videos on the territory of the event
3. Description of services

3.1. In accordance with the subject of this OFFER, the CONTRACTOR undertakes to provide the CUSTOMER with services, the name and scope of which are indicated in the text of the OFFER, and the CUSTOMER, in case of acceptance of the offer, undertakes to pay for these services in the manner and on the terms specified in the OFFER, when choosing a paid participation rate.
3.2. Date of the Event: February 28, 2023.
3.3. Venue of the Event: Ramee Dream Hotel. Opp. Bay Square - Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
4. Personal data

4.1. The Customer, by entering personal data of him, employees and other persons for whom the application for participation in the Event is being made into the form located on the Contractor's website during registration and registration of the Application for the Event, gives his consent to the processing of personal data by the Contractor, both without the use of automation tools and with their use.
4.2. The Customer hereby confirms that he/she transfers the personal data entered by him/her, employees and other persons for whom an application for participation in the Event is being made for processing by the Contractor and agrees to their processing. The Customer is also notified that the processing of his personal data will be carried out by the Contractor.
5. Terms and procedure for the provision of services

5.1. After reviewing the OFFER and choosing the type of service, the CUSTOMER sends an application for the provision of services to the CONTRACTOR (which is an acceptance of the OFFER), in accordance with the form provided on the website https://mpconf.pro /, after which the CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES is considered concluded.
5.2. Based on the received application, the CONTRACTOR issues an invoice to the CUSTOMER for payment when choosing a paid participation rate.
5.3. After crediting the CUSTOMER's funds to the CONTRACTOR's settlement account, the AGREEMENT comes into force.
5.4. The Services are considered to have been rendered properly and in full if the CUSTOMER has not submitted a reasoned claim within five banking days from the end of the provision of services. In the absence of a reasoned claim, the act of services rendered is considered signed, and the services rendered properly. The claim is considered motivated if during the period stated in clause 3.2. of this OFFER, the Event was not held, and the CONTRACTOR did not
6. Cost of services and payment procedure

6.1. Provision of all services of the CONTRACTOR is carried out on the basis of 100% prepayment. Payment must be made on the basis of the relevant invoice issued by the CONTRACTOR to the CUSTOMER (clause 5.2. of this OFFER).
6.2. Payment for the services provided by the CONTRACTOR is made in rubles.
6.3. The CUSTOMER's payment obligations are deemed to have been duly fulfilled by him on the day the funds are credited in full to the CONTRACTOR's settlement account.
6.4. In case the CUSTOMER refuses to participate in the Event less than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the start of the Event, the amount paid by the CUSTOMER is non-refundable. If the CUSTOMER refuses to participate in the Event more than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the start of the Event, the amount paid by the CUSTOMER is subject to refund in full, or with the exception of expenses already incurred by the EXECUTORS. The CUSTOMER must provide a letter for a refund by sending it to the inf email address
7. Force majeure circumstances

7.1. The Parties are released from liability under this agreement if they prove that the proper fulfillment of the terms of the agreement was impossible due to force majeure, extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances in these conditions (natural disasters, hostilities, epidemics, etc.).
7.2. If a moratorium, ban, law or other order is imposed in the region or state prohibiting mass events on the dates of the Event, the parties shall make efforts to postpone the event to another date. If the transfer is not possible, the parties are released from liability under this agreement.
8. Term of the agreement

8.1. The Agreement comes into force from the moment specified in clause 5.3 of this OFFER and is valid until the CONTRACTOR fully fulfills its obligations. The obligations of the CONTRACTOR are considered to be fulfilled by him properly and on time, at the time of completion of the Event (clause 5.4. of this OFFER).
9. Disputes between the parties

9.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. If disputes and disagreements cannot be settled through negotiations, they are referred to the Arbitration Court of Dubai.
